Community Feedback Wanted: Upcoming Open Source Device from IAMMETER
IAMMETER is planning to launch a new open-source device that can connect third-party energy meters and solar inverters to the IAMMETER-Cloud platform.
The plan is to use an ESP32-based hardware module, developed by IAMMETER to:
- Handle Wi-Fi communication
- Use our cloud API to upload real-time data to IAMMETER-Cloud
The application layer will be script-based, giving users flexibility to implement protocols to read data from various meters or inverters. (This scripting method will be similar to MJS.)
